MANAGEMENT PROFILE

The management of AUSGO INDUSTRIAL VENTURES LIMITED consists of the Board of Directors and Top Management.

 

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board is made up of (4) Four Executive Directors and (5) five non-Executive Directors.  The Board, as a unit, is responsible for the formulation of policies and strategic planning of the activities of the company.  The Executive Directors are:
