AUSGO INDUSTRIAL VENTURES LIMITED commenced Business in 1988.  Since then, she has continued to record meaningful growth part.

 

During the initial take-of years of the Company, it limited its operations to relatively medium sized construction projects. However, as a result of increased responsibilities, diversification and the need to acquire expertise to handle complex projects, we entered into a technical support agreement with Vichpals Resources Company Limited, G A 30096, Georgia, U.S.A. who also owns Vichpals Resources Company Limited of the United States of America for the technical support management of AUSGO INDUSTRIAL VENTURES LIMITED.

 

AUGSO INDUSTRIAL VENTURES LIMITED is registered as a major Buildings/Civil Engineering Contractor in Category “D” with the Federal Works Registration Board, Abuja; Category “D” of Registration Board, Ministry of Works, Housing and Transport, Asaba; Category “C” of Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Limited, Benin-City; Category “D” Nigerian Telecommunications Limited, Abuja; Category  “A” of the Nigerian Prisons Services and Category “A” of the Shell Petroleum Development Company  Limited (SPDC), Warri; AUSGO INDUSTRIAL VENTURES LIMITED is also registered with the Department of Petroleum Resources as Building/Civil Engineering Contractor Chevron Nigeria Limited, Escravos, Delta State.

 

FINANCIAL MATTERS

The Company retains as its statutory auditors, the prestigious firm of Messrs Rheriene Mabamidje & Co. (Chartered Accountants) Warri, Delta State.
